Thomacine Haywood Reflexology presents the annual Wellness Retreat for reflexology practitioners and others for 2018.
This is a perfect relaxation and rejuvenation opportunity for those who want to harness the healing benefits of reflexology facials and guasha to help themselves, clients, friends or family.

Early bird Cost: $200. (Includes entire workshop and materials fee. Single workshops priced separately. ) Must pre-register by March 21, 2018 by calling 317-403-5051. Check and credit card accepted.
Late registrations are $250. Fee includes basic Guasha tool to be used for foot reflexology for heel pain method. Other materials and implements used in class are covered in workshop fee but must be purchased separately for personal or professional use outside the workshop.

No reflexology experience necessary for retreat
Reflexology Facials. Fusion of facial reflexology with all natural, organic compounds married to the exquisite feel of a jade roller to reduce puffiness, wrinkles and lines.
Noon- 2 p.m.
Lunch at any of the dozens of local eateries and time to integrate information from the morning workshop.
Reflexology and Guasha for Heel Pain
Learn ancient Chinese Medicine's guasha techniques and reflexology protocols to help with heel pain like plantar fasciitis. Early registrants will get the free guasha tool.
Evenings are designed for solitude of independent explo0ration or local color, restaurants and attractions like nearby walking trails, parks and a labyrinth.
